EXCHANGES: We offer 3 days for most of the merchandise, except for underwear or swimwear. Clothes, shoes, and accessories must be unused unwashed, and must have all the original tags attached to the product, and must be presented in good condition to be back on the selling floor.

RETURNS: Due to Mex bank policy mex tax authorithy and daily accounting, we cannot do money reimbursement; however, we do provide a store credit for the amount returned. Reason behind this is a large number of administrative costs and bank fees of up to 25% of the purchase.
